At Printsify Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Tags must still be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Print-on-Demand Products (Important Notice)

All products sold by Printsify Wear are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment services.

Because each product is created specifically after an order is placed:

  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind
  • Returns are not accepted if the customer ordered the wrong product

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Photo evidence may be required to process your request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Once approved, place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is defective
  • the wrong item was delivered

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Tags must be attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
